By confirming a booking, you are indicating that you have read, comprehended, and accepted these Booking Terms and the specific terms and conditions set forth by our dedicated adventure trip providers ("Providers"). Your agreement extends to the understanding that you are authorized to act on behalf of all individuals included in the booking. You agree to pay in full the full amount of the trip by the end of April 2024. Our Service At Apex Expeditions, we take great pride in curating a platform that unites adventure seekers like you with passionate and reputable Providers. Our role in this journey is that of a trusted intermediary, facilitating seamless connections between travelers and Providers. However, please note that the responsibility for the execution of your chosen adventure lies with the Providers. We encourage you to engage wholeheartedly, knowing that you are in the hands of professionals who are equally committed to ensuring your safety and satisfaction. Payment We understand that booking a journey is a significant decision, and we've designed our payment process to provide you with both security and convenience. To secure your spot on the adventure of your dreams, a non-refundable deposit is required. In cases where your chosen adventure is departing within two months from the booking date, full payment will be due. Our secure online checkout allows you to complete your transaction using credit or debit cards, offering you the assurance that your payment is handled with care. Upon successful payment, an email confirmation will be sent your way, sealing the connection between you and your upcoming adventure. Financial Protection At Apex Expeditions, your peace of mind matters deeply to us. We've partnered with Trust My Travel to provide you with financial protection, ensuring that your investment in your adventure is safeguarded. This financial protection extends to you in the unlikely event of our insolvency, granting you the reassurance that payments made are secure. Cancellations We understand that plans can change, and our cancellation policy reflects our consideration for various scenarios. Please be aware that each adventure trip may have specific cancellation terms set by our Providers. If the need to cancel arises, we encourage you to review these terms, which may include: Cancellations less than two months before departure: No refund Cancellations two months or more before departure: 100% refund less the non-refundable deposit (converted to Apex Expeditions credit) Non-payment after 7 days of the final payment due date: No refund Failure to submit the Trip form by the deadline may also be considered a cancellation Date Changes We understand that flexibility is important, and life's twists and turns can sometimes impact your travel plans. For this reason, we allow date changes up to 2 months before your Trip start date. However, we kindly ask that you review the cancellation policy associated with your chosen adventure. If your journey is departing more than 2 months from the original date, your deposit will be returned to you as Apex Expeditions credit, a versatile tool that can be used for future bookings. Force Majeure While we aspire to create seamless journeys, there are circumstances beyond our control. "Unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances" can include events such as terrorism, natural disasters, or government actions that impact your travel plans. In such instances, we, along with our Providers, are not held liable for cancellations, and we appreciate your understanding of this reality. Special Requests We value your individual preferences and unique needs. If you have special requests that can enhance your adventure experience, we invite you to communicate them during the booking process. While we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled, we promise to consider them with the utmost care and attention. Insurance Embarking on an adventure comes with its share of excitement and uncertainties. We strongly recommend that you invest in personal travel insurance to cover medical treatment, evacuation, and any activity-specific risks. Some Providers may require insurance as well, ensuring that you can journey with peace of mind. Complaints At Apex Expeditions, your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issues during your adventure, we encourage you to communicate with the respective Provider in a timely manner. Immediate reporting allows for prompt resolution and ensures that your concerns are addressed on the spot. Should you wish to raise a complaint after the conclusion of your trip, we kindly request that you send an email to info[at]apexexpeds.com within 30 days of your return. Law and Jurisdiction We believe in transparency, and our commitment to your satisfaction extends to our legal framework.
